Katerina Hardin is the founder of Divine Play, through which she empowers others to see the divine in the ordinary and the magnificent in the mundane. To see obstacles as opportunities. And most of all, to become conscious participants in the Divine Play we call Life – to awaken in this Cosmic Theater and enjoy the show.
This can be continuously achieved by choosing a playfully creative perspective in moment-to-moment life circumstances and by knowing and utilizing some fundamental Laws of Life.
Katya offers private one on one lifestyle mind coaching and yoga, which often are one and the same.
Over the past two decades, Katya has been deeply fascinated with the nature of reality. She has studied this subject from a myriad of spiritual, educational, experiential and scientific perspectives. She is a devotee of the Self Realization Fellowship founded by Paramahansa Yogananda and a life student of Kriya Yoga.
Katya has studied, practiced and taught Yoga for 15 years. She privately guides clients on achieving dominion over their mind and body using her unique combination of right thinking, gentle detox, play and conscious repatternining.
More details about Combination Breath Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga Flow:
This flow moves energy through all parts of the body, benefiting all aspects of our being (body, mind and soul). It can be athletic or less challenging depending on each individual's capabilities. Breath Yoga incorporates Medical Meditation, Kundalini Yoga, and Katya’s unique training in higher yoga to create a powerful and transformative experience. The sequence of postures and exercises are designed to activate healing on a cellular level while calming the mind and nervous system. These exercises, especially when practiced over time 3-7 days a week, will stimulate the body's natural ability to heal and regenerate. It is a combination of specific breathing patterns (pranayama), movement, mental focus and mudras (hand positions). The exercises in Breath Yoga activate the endocrine system to produce the ideal hormone secretions for the body, throughout the day. As such, many of the common physiological and psychological imbalances people suffer from (ex. weight gain, arthritis, poor circulation, an overly toxic body, depression, lack of focus and purpose in life, etc.) may naturally and effortlessly be eliminated from the yogi's body and mind. When practiced consistently, it is quite possible to activate the body's superhuman potential, which may reverse aging, keep the yogi in optimal health and bring true joy and fulfillment in life.
